Presbyterian's Update to COVID-19 PHE Conclusion

Current guidance for Presbyterian Health Plan, Inc. and Presbyterian Insurance Company, Inc. commercial customers and stakeholders

The Department of Health and Human Services announced the intent for the federal Public Health Emergency for COVID-19 (PHE), declared under Section 319 of the Public Health Service Act, to expire on May 11, 2023. We continue to monitor for regulatory updates from our Federal and State regulating entities and are evaluating all changes to the current COVID-19 accommodations as a result of the PHE concluding. As always, we remain committed to providing further updates to our customers and stakeholders as soon as they become available.
